Breaking up is hard to do

   We weren’t up to exploring a new restaurant so we went to Bizu at Greenbelt 2 for familiar tastes.

    I chose the Salad of the day to accompany my ravioli because the Soup of the day is not my favorite spinach soup. I have eaten at Bizu on different days of the week but I always get the same salad of the day. It is the salad on days ending with "day". Maybe that’s it. 

   This is my favorite Mixed Ravioli.  Fresh ravioli stuffed with assorted fillings of cheeses, mushrooms and spinach and served with pomodoro sauce and crumbled feta cheese. The best ravioli in town. Until last Friday. You must imagine how devastated I was to find out that my favorite ravioli is gone. Only to be replaced by this wannabe with sour sauce, spinach with an aftertaste you’d think it’s stale, and occasional hard pasta. 

    Dondee did not like his Spaghetti and meatballs either.

   Only this Linguine with Shrimps tasted like the Bizu original. 

   One out of three is not a good score. We have a long standing relationship with Bizu and breaking up is hard to do. It would break our hearts even more to find out if their cakes tasted differently. We decided to go someplace else for dessert. 

   We are having a cool off with Bizu.
