DjC halo-halo of Tiwi
May 23, 2009If by any chance you are in Albay, make sure to try DjC’s halo-halo in the municipality of Tiwi. Besides the grated cheese on top which makes it unique, the leche flan is very much like melted yema. I can still imagine it blending smoothly with the rest of the ingredients that makes one perfect fusion of sweetness.
The other ingredients are: corn, small sago, sweetened banana, and ube jam plus of course the finely shaven ice. 
DjC is located at the back of Tiwi municipal hall, an hour and a half from the Legazpi airport.
